To manage that, we must cooperate with nature. After all, the seasons enrich our
lives. We work the land, we plant and… we taste. A cycle that opens and closes
with each passing season.
Our restaurant could only exist here - as a part of the family farm.

On the table you will find vegetables that up to now had a constant cycle of
water with the earth, crisp and full of essence. The taste of the natural sugar is
addictive but elusive, lost only a few hours after the picking.

Brunch is served only on Friday and Saturday mornings between 10:00-12:00.
