Our expertise is in lamb meat (coming from the family farm) and we make our own bread, ice cream and sausages.
Part of the meal charm is the clay tableware tailored especially for each dish.

A visit to the area will not be complete without taking a trip to the green pastures Menashe hills. there you will feel like Heidi for a day.
The region receives its name from the Menashe biblical Israel tribe that settles here. Its Arab name, 'Ard-A-Rucha', means a wide open space landscape and indicate upon the nature of the low hills overlooking to the seashores plains.
